Shipping policy

Where we deliver
– We ship only to physical shipping addresses. We don’t ship to P.O. boxes, APO / FPO addresses.

– Please take note: International Shipping items may be subject to customs processing depending on the item’s declared value.

As a buyer, you should be aware of possible:
– Delays from customs inspection.
– Import duties and taxes which are on your responsibility.
– Brokerage fees are payable at the point of delivery.

Dress Shipping Time
– Items come direct from our manufacture, so you get the best price (savings are passed to you!)
– We ship the item between 3 to 7 (except remote places and custom delays) working days after your order made.
– For custom made and custom knitting’s, please allow 21-28 days for delivery
– We do offer ready-made clothing’s, please allow 10-15 days for delivery
– Please note occasional delays in the international shipping process do occur and we do try our best to keep you informed in such cases.
– Shipping address changes must be requested before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed, cancelled, or diverted to a different shipping address
– A delivery confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as we receive a notification of successful order delivery from our courier

Jewelry Shipping Time
–  All our products are custom made to order. Please allow 20-40 days.

Shipping Costs: 
We charge shipping and handling fees based on the total original value of items in your order (before any applied discounts or coupons)

How we deliver
– To secure your order and deliver it as soon as possible we have chosen EMS, FedEx, and DHL as our carriers.
– Shipping address changes must be requested before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed, cancelled, or diverted to a different shipping address
– A delivery confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as we receive a notification of successful order delivery from our courier

Lost packages:
If you haven’t actually received your order after receiving a delivery confirmation email from us, please contact us within 3 business days from the date you receive our delivery confirmation email. Ethiopian dress will not be responsible for the cost or replacement of lost or misplaced packages if notified later than the time frame mentioned above

Sales Tax
Ethiopian Dress is committed to complying with the tax laws of the countries where we are doing business. We manage our tax compliance by relying on the advice of professionals to ensure that we obey the law and file returns and make payments to the appropriate tax authorities.

Customs Fees
While personal purchases over $800 in a single day incur US Customs duties, we absorb this fee for customers with orders shipping to the US. Should you still encounter any demand for payment of these duties from our courier, please contact us at by email (EthiopianDress@gmail.com)

The website default currency is US dollars, its automatically converted to your local currency.
